2. PORNOGRAPHY AND NUDITY

Pornography and nudity among consenting adults are fine when encounterd in the proper context, however SFN is not the proper place for either.  Our purpose here is to discuss the issues associated with sexual freedom, not to stimulate our sexual energies.  Therefore, we do not allow you to post or seek images of individuals, whether nude, clothed or partially clothed, in association with sexuality or images of individuals unclothed or partially clothed, or images of individuals fully clothed in sexually provocative positions or poses, or post or seek any textual or audio or video or animation portraying explicit or implied sexual or excretory activity in any area of the Service. SFN will attempt to remove any such postings and prohibits any postings.

3. CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

While pornography and nudity may be suitable in the proper setting, nothing about child pornography is acceptable in any setting.  Sexual behavior among consenting adults is fine, but children are not adults, nor can they provide consent.  Thus, in no event will you post or seek images of children, whether nude, clothed or partially clothed, in association with sexuality, or images of children unclothed or partially unclothed, or images of children clothed in a sexually provocative position or pose, in any area of the Service. SFN will attempt to remove any such postings and prohibits any postings or text containing or referring to child pornography, such as those containing the word "Lolita" or referring to nude photographs of "girls," "teens" or "children." In the event that SFN discovers child pornography or images of children in violation of this policy, SFN will promptly notify the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

4. NO SPAM POLICY

You understand and agree that sending unsolicited email advertisements to SFN email addresses or through SFN computer systems, which is expressly prohibited by these TOS, will use or cause to be used servers located in SFN’s network. Any unauthorized use of SFN computer systems is a violation of the TOS and certain federal and state laws, including without limitation the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030 et seq.). Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties.

5. VIOLATION

While we retain the right to cancel or suspend your Service at any time without cause or notice, we consider the following to be a reasonable basis for termination: suspected violations of the Code of Conduct, this Service Agreement, or other guidelines; extended periods of inactivity; fraudulent or illegal activities; age misrepresentation; or nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Service.  We further reserve the right to pursue any remedies and seek any damages enumerated the SFN Terms of Service.
